i have a set of MOMO's that where givin to me as a early bday present to put on my 2004 dodge neon sxt....so whats a good size tire to put on 17" rims without messing up my suspension?

The best 17 inch tire size for your car should be :
205/45ZR17 or 205/45R17...Hope that helps

Go to tirerack.com they have almost any tire combination
for almost any size rim for your car. I myself would put a low profile tire on those rims 225/45/R17.

205/45 series are as wide as you can go, but your mpg will go down due to the extra rolling resistance and the ride will be rough because there won't be much side wall to take bumps and pot holes.

on the other hand, it will look nice and fill out the wheel well
