how do you tell a guy that you like them if they just moved and they dont have a phone or computer hooked up? and dont say in person ..any other ideas

Well, if you are too shy to go the whole upfront and personal route, which dont worry I know the feeling, it really depends on the whole situation. Is it someone that your friends know? As in is he close enough to some of the people that you know that you could put the word out that you were asking about him. Just checking in to see if his move went okay sort of thing. But I am telling you right now, 99.9% of guys prefer it if a girl is upfront with them no games in a way, though you do have to play a little hard to get to make sure he is truely interested in you. The key to playing hard to get though is simple. When he calls, dont rush to answer the phone. It is okay to sort of play phone tag for a day or two. Also, make the first date in a public place. No movies though. Hard to talk during movies, though you might wish to go to the movies so wont have to talk. And dont rush a 2nd date. And really they dont even have to be dates. I have noticed that when I was in school that I could get practically guy by just listening. Also, a little teasing every once in a while, and the willingness to do some "guy" stuff like watch the game, or go to a game, or such seemed to really grab a guys attention. Bottom line, just be yourself. If he doesnt care or notice, then forget him. You dont want to waste your time with him when Mr. Right is out there waiting for you.

Mail is the only option left if you don't want to go and meet him in person. But in my opinion if you waited this long and he moved chances are its probably not meant to be.

It always hurts the most when you don't try for something you want and then think back later on it. If your young then you will find someone else. If your older then whats stopping you from going over there and telling him personally(yeah they can say no, and so what you gave it a shot, but imagine if they say yes). If they moved out of state then its pretty much over for that.

This is some advice i wish i took when i was younger (where was someone to tell me this when i was younger got to love the internet), because it took me getting older to realize that my shyness cost me a few opportunities that might have been great.

Well, the only way to tell them for them to get the hint 100% is by telling him IN PERSON.
But there are other ways, like being extra flirty and inviting him to friendly outtings, like going to the movies or a cafe. Little details during and outside of school can make a big difference of his outlook towards you.

hmmm...this is a tough one, but i think if you wait a while and think of a time when u think this guy will have his computer or phone hooked up then maybe you could tell him that u like him then, if your in a really big hurry to tell him then maybe if he has a cell phone u can call him on that. other than those things theres nuthing else u can really do besides wait.

Try sending a card. When I was dating that always worked well. Most people don't get a lot of cards these days so it's kind of a nice surprise to get one (especially in the mail. Just make it a funny card, not too serious or mushy. Let him know you had a good time and would to see him again.

Send a pizza to his home address with a note, fax the note to the pizza shop or get them to write it.

State something like, "the remind me of this pizza yummy, great to be with and tasteful"

Write him a letter and let him know how you feel. At least this way its personal and tell him if he feels the same way to call or write back to you. It doesnt hurt to try, you dont want to go through life never knowing!

If you go to the same school pass notes i did it with my boyfriend all the time before we went out and if you dont go to the same school just send him a letter and if you dont know his adress you must know because you are neighbors or see each other in a club and can pass notes then
