It does not bother me that a person will complain about an answer. It bothers me that Yahoo is quick to delete an answer when someone complains.

As Daniel Pipes says, the basic message is that because of Muslims' violent reaction, Islamic law rules over Westerners too "because you no longer have the privilege to say what you will about Islam, the Prophet, and the Qur'an." So much for American rights of freedom of speech, redress of grievances and democracy itself. Islam is antithetical to them all.
The Qur'an does advocate violence against non-Muslims in many verses. It is sad, that many efforts to bring this to public light is met with such harsh censorship.
In Yahoo answers all that is necessary is for a post to be declared "insulting to others".
In the real world when the Pope makes a comment, Muslims riot and kill people.
Why?
Could the problem stem from the violence that is advocated in the Qur'an?
Devout Muslims really believe that what they do is for the sake of Allah so what is the problem here? Could it be that Muhammad wrote the Qur'an to further his agenda using the maleable minds of Muslims to gain power and control over the Arabic peninsula?
This answer and others like it are in danger of being deleted. So what should I do? Should I just answer the health, homework and dating questions? Should I keep my views of religion and politics to myself so only the bobble heads' answers are left?
