go see a neurologist.
also, keep a headache diary of when you get the headaches and what time of day you get them and what you're doing or what you've just finished doing when you get them. this can help determine the source of the headaches and it will really help the neurologist figure out whats causing them.
after a couple visits, they will be able to get you on the right medication that can help them go away.

Definately see a doctor about it.
As for medicine, once I feel a migraine coming on, I take excedrine migraine. That's by far the strongest stuff. If you are anything like me, light and sounds also hurt during those terrible headaches, so I'd go to my room, turn off all the lights, and put a cold washcloth over my eyes and just wait for the excedrine to kick in. Not fun stuff, but hopefully it'll get you through until you can see your doctor about it! Make sure you keep a journal of what you eat, how much sleep you're getting, excercise, water intake, etc. What time the headaches come and where the pain in focused. All those details will help the doctor.

Assuming you have seen a doctor for this you need to keep a journal and study up on this illness. Keep the journal mainly of the stresses in your life as well as what you are eating. In my health class in college, a sufferer provided the following info after seeing all kinds of doctors.
1. Be careful about eating cheese.
2. Never drink red wine.
She discovered these two items triggered her headaches. So know what triggers yours can at least cut down on the amount of them. Good Luck.

1. See a physician.
2. The permanent solution may be in your diet or exercise regimen.
3. Desk job? Hard physical labor?
4. Temporary fix...this always works for me. Use hot wash cloths. Make them as hot as you can stand it without burning your skin. Place them over your eyes and/or around the back of your neck. Keep rotating them under hot water. Your headache will cease in about four minutes. Do not substitute hot water bottles or dry heating pads. They, for some odd reason, do not work. You must use wet, hot washcloths (preferably thick ones). Also, instead of Tylenol, try Advil.
Warning! - I am not a doctor. It is not recommended to do anything without prior approval from your primary physician.

There are a lot of things that trigger migranes and it's different for everybody. Some of the things are:
coffee
wine
cheese
MSG
chocolate
There are many more, you need to talk to your doctor and figure out your triggers so you can avoid them. There are some preventative medicines your doctor can tell you about, too.

To discover the source, you need to see a doctor. If the over the counter medications aren't helping you may need something like Imitrex.

try seeing your family doctor. you can also check on websites for migranes as well.
after taking tylenol or advil, try taking a nap too.
try long piece of cloth or scarf and tie it along forehead and tie it tight behind your head. my parents always did that with headaches and i do it as well and it really helps tying the head really tight.

It could be sooooo many things. See a doctor.
Are you pregnant?
And Advil used for long periods can cause numbness. Read up on NSAIDS.

You need to make an appt. with a Dr. and have him refer you to a neurologist, I don't know how you put up with the pain, and you are not going to get rid of the headache by taking tylenol.
They have some good headache clinics today that try to get to the source of your problem.
Please you owe it to yourself not to be in pain.

I think you should see a neurologist! You may have a pinched nerve that could cause you to become numb. It does not sound like just another migraine.
