OK, here's 65 talking to 17. Listen up, seventeen!
It is GREAT to be 65! These are the best years of my life! I am bursting with confidence! As you grow older you realize you don't give a rat's patootie what other people think of you. You are comfortable inside your own skin. You trust your judgment because you have acquired wisdom.
Speaking of skin, I have a few smile lines but no wrinkles. No brown age spots on my hands. I have bones like bricks. I am active and happy and glowing with health. How did I get to be this well preserved?
1. I was active outdoors but I used sunscreen. Forget tanning. Sunlight wil turn your face to leather and leave liver spots on your hands.
2. I rarely drank soda and almost never ate junk food. We weren't fed it at home, and when I was old enough to read about human nutrition, I understood why. I eat whole grains, lots of fruits and veggies and nuts, and drink plenty of water.
3. I never watched television. Well, almost never. TV is passive entertainment that rots your mind. I preferred to be outside hanging with friends or working in my garden or playing with my pets or walking. I walk a lot.
4. Instead, I read books. All kinds. I have a lot of interests. Today I can talk to anybody about just about anything because I am well read.
5. Consequently I've kept up with technology. I have a desktop and a laptop and a digicam etc. etc.
6. What's wrong with white hair? White hair with blue eyes is stunning. White hair with dark eyes and eyebrows is breathtaking!
7. Let's not forget sex! It's better than ever because (1) you and your partner have learned a LOT of techniques that you never dreamed of at seventeen, nor would have had the patience to execute, and (2) you forget about looks and lose your self-consciousness. It's not about size or shape, it's about pleasuring each other.
My dear, you have SO much to look forward to! Take care of your body and treat it as a temple so that when you get to be my age, men will still be throwing themselves at your feet...but you will have so much confidence and assertiveness and inner beauty that you won't really need them!

I am 50 years old, and feel like i am still 14 years old. I guess the answer to your question is "No, I don't".
Stop worrying. You won't be old and wrinkly till you are at least 20.

One minute you are 17 and the next you are having your 40th birthday. You look in the mirror and still expect to see the 17 year old you staring back and you wonder who the hell that is in the mirror. I guess this isn't helping. LOL
