I was a similar weight but 6 inches shorter so i know what you're up against.
It's quite a dull diet so you're going to find it hard to stick to. You really shouldn't skip meals; breakfast is particularly important. The earlier you eat the more time your body has to metabolise your food.
Multivitamins are OK but they lack the trace elements you get from fresh food. I'd vary your meals more, make them earlier and try to fit in exercise.
Most people experience a high weight loss in the first few week; this is a combination of water loss and catching your metabolism off guard. Once your body realises you're eating less, your weight loss will slow, but stick to eating well but sensibly.
Good luck and don't forget to enjoy your food.

eventually by just eating a little bit a day, your body is going to slow down its metabolism because you aren't eating often enough. Isn't there a way you can just have a breakfast bar or a piece of fruit or something for breakfast? eating breakfast jumpstarts your metabolism in the morning and you'll be burning more calories throughout the day. Even just a small something for breakfast & lunch will help...

What you're actually doing is burning down all your muscle tissues because they are not supported any more by protein and carbohydrates received by food. You will lose wieght, that will be though vital muscle tissues and NOT fat (just a part).
Therefore, after a little while, you will regain all the weight, plus you will have harmed you organism, God knows how.
There's a lot I could say, but please ask a specialist, DONT experiment on your body.

Hon, you need to make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need. Losing weight can be dangerous if you're not doing it safely. Your body has a certain amount of calories that it needs each day [generally around 1200 for women]. If you stay below that, you'll lose weight- but if you're not getting enough nutrients, you'll go into starvation mode... so make sure you consult your doctor about it. Fainting spells are not fun. [Take it from someone who had an eating disorder].
