My daughter & I use, "Gur-r-rrk", with a slight head-tilt to indicate a mental malfunction.

I've used, "Durr!", or "Durrf!", before to indicate something obvious.

d- aaahhhhhhh (comes out like a growl and a sigh blending together at the same time) -and often pulling away a little from the goof-up at the same time.

I have been reading a lot fo contemporary british novels. So I say 'Bollocks...'. I live in the states, so I dont know if it is considered a major swear across the pond. But it is better than swearing because people arent sure what it means so they dont see it as negative or as a swear word.
