To play hard to get with him .. whenever you see him coming your way .. give him a quick look in his eyes .. then throw your head up and back .. with your nose turned up .. as though he is beneath your dignity. In this way you can both play hard to get and never get anywhere with each other. Good Luck ! :)

Don't. If you don't like him, leave. If you do like him, don't play hard to get. What you're trying to do is play head games, which never solved anyone's problems.

Act like you're having a good time with a friend or whoever is close by when you see him. Act like you don't know he's there and be busy doing other things. Be cool.
