You don't need to exercise, count and watch your fat grams, get in the habit of checking the food labels, example, BBQ sauce O,
mustard O.

Run 2 miles per day 6 days per week.
Buy a great pair of running sneakers.
Buy clothes that keep you cool while working out.
You can't go wrong that way.
