That is the worst diet I have ever heard of. Your weight is fine. Just eat normal foods and stay away from junk (like the candy bar) and sodas.

You ate the wrong types of food - sweets and processed stuff. The only good things you ate are the plum and the lettuce. The rest is rubbish. You need to eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day.

Heh, you are eating too little and pre-destining yourself to gain a lot of weight in your later years.
You need to eat between 5 to 7 times a day, snacking on different things between the major meals. Make sure you drink milk and water during the day. Even just one glass of each is enough. Do not go overboard on the liquids.
Be active every day. Go out and walk or play or do something.
If you absolutely want to know exactly how many calories you should be eating each day for your exact body type, go to Beach Body and ask around in the community there for someone to look up your information on their charts. They can tell you (a) how much to eat to stay the same weight, (b) how much to eat to gain weight, and (c) what the calorie threshold is for your body - which is when you eat under that number of calories you body thinks it is starving and begins to generate massive amounts of fat cells to store food for later in.
Because of the calorie threshold, eating too little only makes you gain more weight later on in life. If you have heard of people rebounding after dieting, this is the reason why they rebound - they ate far too little for their body type and weight and caused their body to go into starvation mode.

Your weight is just fine. Your only 14. Your body has alot of growing to do and your eating to little. Just increase your exercise and stay away from the junk (chips, choc bars, fries, cookies etc). Use them as a treat about once a week is fine. Stay away from processed foods and prepacked meals. They contain way too much salt and saturated fat for what you get. Lean protein (chicken, turkey) and lots of fruit and veggies. You didn't say if your in the south or north? Have you a farmers market you can go to? Fresh as you can get.

I think you did'nt eat enough. What about low-fat yougert ,skim milk, veggies, fruit and some whole grains and some protein like chicken or some peanutbutter. But you only weigh 93 pounds. Maybe you should check with a doctor and get a proper diet. Why do you feel the need to lose weight?

you ate too little and the wrong foods as well. candy is not a meal and is also very,VERY bad for your body. its fine as a treat if taken in small quantities and seldom, but only when a regular diet and exercise is being upheld. i would recommend visiting www.webmd.com for a diet idea. but do also remember that at 14 your body is constantly changing and from the inside out. so your best bet is to eat a good amount of healthy foods. starving yourself can cause worse results in the end.

your weight is fine and you do not need to lose weight! and if you are trying to eat healthy, i would suggest eating not sugary foods, but just lots of fruit and vegetables. also, be sure to drink a lot of water throughout the day. lastly, the best thing to do would just to stay active. if you have a busy schedule, just get a pedometer, and walk around while doing something else. it is healthy to walk at least 10,000 steps a day.

your weight depends on your height and your skeletal structure think of your body as a vehicle the more you drive the more fuel or gas you need. if you are having a lazy day eat a little less but remember you burn calories even while you sleep somethings gotta keep ya heart beating. you are too young to diet but never too young or old to change your diet to a more healthy one.

it's not how much but WHAT you're eating. Try to eat healthier foods, lots of fruits & vegetables, protein, etc.
But don't worry too much about it, okay? You don't sound overweight to me, not if you're under 100 pounds...even at 5 feet tall (I don't know how tall you are) that's a low weight.
