Those are sins but God forgives all sins no matter how big so no you will not go to "hell" if you commit those.

The bible also says you must believe in Jesus... Well if you are in some village in no where and there is no way to hear about Jesus then you can't be judged for that, therefore you are judged a different way that only God knows.

Heaven: Closeness to God... Closeness to the "Light"
Hell: Seperation from God... Away from the "Light" In eternal "darkness"

Yes.
But their destiny can be changed. That same Bible says that as long as there is breath there is hope. Everyone has the opportunity to go to heaven. Even those who have already dies-had (past tense) a chance. Those who were too young to make a rational decision will be blessed with a not guilty verdict.

No it means that they are condemned for thier actions, but there is forgiveness if they repent.

So they are doomed if they do not repent from thier sin

who knows? how do you even know if the Bible is real? It is all apocryphal, anyway. No one really knows what happens when you die, no matter what they think.
