A cyst in the brain is likely caused by too much alcohol. The way to get rid of it is to get on a medication and stop drinking.

Did the Doctor tell you it was a cyst. How do you, or he knows that it is not cancer. Did the "kitten-Scan" show that the cyst was internal and an operation will be successful. How did you feel knowing that you have a cyst on the brain? Has it affected you personally? What part of the brain is the cyst located?

Talk to your doctor. One option might be the gamma knife procedure Its a one time only treatment. Good Luck
