Science itself is not a philosophy...scientism, however, is a philosophy.
Many people confuse the two...science doesn't deny the existence of God, but scientism does.

Who says science denies the existence of any god? The scientific method can't affirm or deny the existence of a god because belief in a god is a matter of faith, whereas science deals only with observable facts.
I think it's only appropriate, then, for science to remain agnostic on the issue of gods, which it does.

Science only indirectly denies the existence of God. However many Christians deny the reality of many sciences as a result of this so what you say is incorrect.

We believe in God and with that we believe that he made everything. Science denys the Word of God because it trys to explain everything without the mirecals of God. That is where science isn't always right.

Because science is based on that which can be proven through a logical process. If there is no concrete evidence for God, science must deny his existence. Until somebody finds God's sandal or toothbrush or something like that, scientists must conclude that god is a figment of human imagination.

Science itself has nothing to say about god, since god is supernatural, and science deals with the natural. Outside the scope of science.
However, nothing supernatural has ever been shown to exist. If we had some proof of a god, then we could evaluate the proof using science, and say yes or no on a god. But we don't.
And since there's no proof, many scientists don't waste their time on god. Some do, of course. But many don't.

Science doesn't deny the existence of God. There are no articles in prestigious peer-reviewed scientific journals about whether or not God exists.
