NO, he screamed, it is not okay.
In all the states that I know of a 2 year age difference can be grounds for statutory rape.
And where in the blazes is this 13 year old's parents?
If my 14 year old daughter came up with a 17 year old, somebody would be going to the ER.

Ive had a friend that was 19 date a 13 year old. Not that I approved of that at all because to me, that's a little sickening and considered illegal but whatever makes you happy. I'm guessing if they don't have a problem with it, nobody else should.

in case you understand your mum and dad won't like it, it is probably a undesirable thought. 4 years isn't a huge deal once you're 30 and 34, in spite of if it is once you're 13 and 17. while i became 13 (i'm 14 now) certainly one of my brother's acquaintances who became sixteen asked me out and that i stated confident. WORST MISTAKE EVER. He needed to do issues that I wasn't waiting for and issues have been in simple terms extraordinary by way of fact i became a seventh grader and he became a sophomore. in simple terms be extremely careful and confirm you think of lots approximately in spite of if this could be a terrific thought. good success

I think it will be okay until she turns 18, after that, all bets are off. So just tell her to be prepared, and make sure it's okay with his parents and family, so that she doesn't get into trouble.

NO - I think your friend should find someone her own age. One more year and it will definitely be against the law!
