In Ayr they have just decided to cut the A & E dept. So the only A&E for the whole of Ayrshire will be in Kilmarnock. This isn't sensible.

I am disgusted with the government and the way they are handling the NHS. Its awful and many will suffer for these callous decisions twits like Gordon Brown are making.
