i am trying to install a printer and it will not let me, it says something about a print spooler

did that and it says error 1068

Printer spooler is a Windows service which allows the computer to communicate with a printer. Using an account with administrative privileges, go to Start menu > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > scroll down the list until you see "Printer spooler." Under status, it should read "Started" for Printer spooler. If it is not, right click "printer spooler" and select start. Next, right click again and select "properties." Under "Startup type," select "automatic" > [Apply] > [OK] > reboot. Try installing the printer again.

a print spooler is just the message between the pc and the printer......it also has the print jobs
