If the car was wrecked previously, and you can prove it and prove that the dealer did not disclose this in any of the paper work you signed, then contact a lawyer. You may have a case. It depends on the state your in. However look over your paper closely. If anything you signed indicates the car was rebuilt or has salvage title you may be stuck.

The other thing to do is just to try to sell the car as is. Or trade it in for another vehicle. I hate to hear it when a sale person rips off a customer. It just makes the whole industry seem bad. Next time you purchase a used car, inform the seller you want to tkae the car to a mechanic to have it inspected prior to purchase. And take it to your own mechanic for inspection. At a minimum have a compression test done on the engine and fluids checked.

Good Luck. Caveat Emptor!

For 4,000 i could get some thing made by potential of the two Honda or Toyota. Gotta be careful with Hyundai because it truly is a extra recent automobile organization and that they are nonetheless ironing out the kinks and bugs of their autos. it gets good gas mileage yet i've got faith that the interior is tremendously low-priced on those autos. And in basic terms FYI, I have been given an 02 VW Jetta for that value. 30 MPG and ya can no longer beat German engineering. good success on your purchase!

Next time use CarFax. You did not do your homework when you bought this car.
