Im in westchester county... u can go to the palisades mall in nyack, the poughkepsie galleria has it also the danbury mall in CT has it. im sure more places do but thats where i've bought it from. From my experience though its not that great. The only thing i thought help was the toner you could really see it remove the dirt.
if its your first time ordering call and order doing it that was its olny 20 dollars but its like 47 at the stands

go online to www.proactive.com than order from there. It cost just as much if not less. And you can get it really fast. I have it and it works wonders!
