Im not sure, did it just start? Or has he done it for a long time? If I knew more specifics..I might could help you.
First off, some guys just like to nickname there girlfriends. And when he is saying 'You wee sexy baby" maybe that is his way of complimenting you...in a weird way.
I had an ex husband that called me Babydoll all the time.
Ya know, How there are just new sayings all the time that teenagrs come up with? This sounds like something like that, Like he is trying to be cool with ya...
If it bothers you, talk to him about it. If he is mature enough he will understand.

Its just a term of affection and doesnt mean anything in particular, the wee bit probably means you're a bit smaller than him. I call my lass baby too, its not like I want her to wear nappies or out!!

I'm from Louisiana and I hear that kind of talk all the time. He's a cajun it sounds like, or grew up in south Louisiana... If so, that's "Hoo Oui sexy baby" and "Oui baby girl". That means the samething as "Oh yeah" and "Yeah" or "That's right" or "That's it".... Apparently he likes something you're doing or he agrees with you about something when he says that.

God only knows! Maybe he heard it in his family as a term of affection or is he Irish? Maybe he fancies himself as a Leprechaun. I personally would ask him what it means to him to say wee.
