So he would like to sleep with you (to him am sure you are not too young for that) but commitment, you are too young. I think he is using you but am not you. It's just my opinion. I think you need to start protecting yourself from guys like that while you still can.

He could care then again you both maybe to young to think about commitment. a good marrying age is 26

He is trying to tell you that he enjoyed the sex, doesn't want to get arrested for having sex with you, but wants to have sex with other girls as well.
