we used fabric softener! IT REALLY WORKS! pour it into a water bottle and spray wherever the wall paper is . wait for 15 to 20 minutes to soak in.....you'll be amazed! plus it smells alot better than the store brand wallpaper remover! good luck:)

go to your hardware store and get a roller that pokes holes in the wall paper and roll it all over the paper that you want to take off. spray it with vinegar water and then it should start to just peel right off. will have to do a little scrubbing to get the glue off but it will be alot easier.. Have done this many times on remodeling jobs.
good luck..

most will peel off easily with water sprayed on, or use fabric softener, which will stick to the paper better. If you get some stubborn places use a hair blower on high and held close enough to soften the paste.

it depends on what paper you got,try this,,,,instead of just starting scrapping anywhere, get each strip at the bottom corners,,and pull evenly and slowly all the way to the top,it will take it off a strip at a time.

I accidently spilled ketchup on my walls. I used a wet rag to wipe it off and a chunk of wallpaper came right off! Wet your walls till they are soaked completely. then peel them right off. Hope this helps.

Spray plain hot water on a section and wait until it bubbles up and start pulling it off.

I used hot water and dish soap in a spray bottle. That worked just as good as what they tell you to buy in stores! Good Luck! I hate wallpaper! :)

I would highly suggest renting a steamer, it is much faster. All the gels and pastes they sell don't really work as well.

they make a heavy solvent chemical for wall paper removal - like DIP or something (i have some in my cupboard) other than that - DEMO IT ALL and re-drywall !
