my epson c20 makes a noise like a coffee grinder and then the red light comes on does anyone out there know what is wrong?

You have a paper jam, sounds like there is still a piece or pieces of paper under the roller, try cleaning it out

Yep, definitely sound like a paper jam to me.
Have a really good radge about in there - it may be that a small piece of paper has been torn from a sheet during a paper jam and is now lodged within the machinery.

Check the printer cartridge is in properly.
Or u may have a paper jam somewhere

paper jam. Get ur fingers in there and pull any trapped paper from around/under the rollers out.

just give them a call i had trouble with my printer and they sent me a brand new one. they are very nice and speak english
