im very fat im 150 lb 5'0 14 yrs old i want to change but i cant i cry all the time cuz i hate being me i want to be someone elses for aa day helpo me lose weight before i blow up i amobese

okay, here's the GOOD news.

You're only 5'0. You'll slim down as you grow a few more inches if you start taking steps now to limit your food intake and get some exercise. It doesn't have to be DRASTIC. Just cut back. Your age is a big advantage--use it!

The first thing you should do is try an exercise routine. If you don't think you would be comfortable going to a gym, try exercising at home. You could get a workout machine, use workout DVD's, or just turn on some music and do your own thing. Make sure that you develop a schedule and stick to it. Also, watch what you eat, and the way you eat it. A lot of people try to starve themselves when they want to lose weight, but that causes your body to go into starvation mode, and you don't burn your calories. The best thing to do is eat many small meals a day. Try to eat foods that are lower in calories, and watch your overall caloric intake. If you crave something, eat it, but in smaller portions. You don't want to fight cravings completely, because that can lead to overeating. Also, do not let other people get you down about your weight. Some people have a harder time losing weight than others, for a variety of reasons. Always remember that there are a lot of things that are more important than our physical appearance. And remember that you can be on the heavier side and still be very attractive. There are some people who are only attracted to that type. I wish you all the happiness in the world!

Honey, your'e not obese. Don't let your body weight define how you feel about yourself.. At fourteen you should be enjoying all the good things in your life. Please don't dwell on the negative. You are probably going thru a phase and will "grow" into yourself within a year. You are beautiful in your own way. Look into that mirror everyday and say "I like Me the way I am" . I AM beautiful and I like me . By obsessing on your weight you are being your own worst enemy. Take care of yourself. Eat nutriously and allow yourself a yummy a day. Drink lots of water before you eat to make yourself feel fuller. Cut out the soda and candy bars. And if you still don't lose weight learn to love yourself. You are still a wonderful person and God made you the way you are and He doesn't make mistakes! Don't fall for all the lose weight schemes. They can be harmful and there are no get skinny quick remedies. Bless you , I hope this helps.

First of all it is apparent that you will not get much taller. That is heavy for someone that is 5'0. Genetics could be a cause. Is your family obese, or past relatives? How do you look otherwise?
Are you good-looking? Like yourself first even though you are somewhat obese. Do classmates make fun of you? Do yourself a favor and go on a diet. You may want to see a Dr. if your parents allow, and eat salads, lots of fruit like cantelope, peaches, pears, and they have yogart that is "fat free" with flavors. "Dannon" makes the best. They come in two pound plastic containers and it is all I can do not to eat the whole two pounds when I open one. They are delicious. You can add one cup of yogart with strawberries, and any other fruit with about 3 ice cubes in your mini-chopper and have the best drink ever. Cost is pennies.

just calm down sweetheart, and go to a dr, and find out whats the best approach to take to lose some weight. and hey skinny girls aint all that anyway and lots of women look good with some weight on them. besides 150 is a long way from obese, i think a little self esteem would help a lot!good luck!!

Talk to ur parents about joining a gym near by. Make sure u watch what u eat. Ask your doctor about a diet he can suggest to u. If u really want to lose wait u wont quit and NEVER slack off. Also make sure u love your self for u not for your physical appearance. How about your personality?

How bout changing you call name? Get a pair of rollerblades or go power walking after you eat. Limit what you eat. No fast or greasy foods. Substitute salads for dinners. Have your mom buy some slim fast. If none of this helps then your condition is from your body's mechanics and not your fault. It's not your fault either way--hang in there kiddo!!

Have your parents take you to weight watchers, it's a good program you and lose and keep your weight off and its a life style not a diet...www.weightwatchers.com. We have had kids your age and younger have great results they became leaner and healthier

you ate alot when you were younger it's your fault...

you need determination to loose all that fat
you need to workout
join a sport
