before or after you brush your teeth? i use it after but my mom said i should use it before....?

Either time is good, It will cleanse your mouth and clean your breath. I've always used it after because your toothbrush may have bacteria and mouth wash will kill the germs. Also clean your toothbrush regularly and buy a new one every few months.

After you brush If you do it before u just wash it out when you brush and your toothbrush may have grems on it

You use it AFTER - it will take out any food that you've loosened up plus it will get into any areas that might have been opened up by your toothbrush. Definitely after. It's also good to use when you have a sore throat. If you gargle with it, your sore throat will go away faster.

anytime, just don't over do it. Mostly after a meal when u are rushing and after u brush your teeth. Don't forget to gargle
