Yes, but even those you have to eat in moderation... banana for example is high in calorie- also avocado. ... and please exercise moderately, too- like walking for an hour (start with twenty minutes, then thirty etc)... and instead of walking in the beginning, do more challenging things later on... once the weight is off (run for 20 minutes/day for example to maintain weight) It's not good for your joints to run right now, if you are severely overweight.

YESS this is one of the things many ppl dont understand... cut off on all the fat.. start eating fruits and veggies.. the vitamins and proteins help keep you healthy and you won't be overweight .. it will actually HELP you lose the weight.

Yes the four food groups is a definate plus when practicibng a weight loss . try and refrain from diet soda as that may increase your appatite
