Actually enough exercise will burn off anything. Years ago the University of California at Berkeley reported on a hiking expedition that went across the South Pole. They ate packaged meals of roughly 7000 Calories per day, and every one of them lost weight.

A diet consisting of mostly complex carbohydrates and protein is best. Fat has twice the energy gram for gram as carbohydrates or protein, so keep it to a minimum. Whatever you do, stay away from fad diets. Most are dangerous and don't work long term.

The best way to loose fat is to work out at least 30 mins a day, after 20 mins fat will start to burn. try to eat low fat low suger foods. when u have done this for a while you will see the fat come off. the onger your workout the more fat you burn, walking is also good for ths.

Lower your caloric intake, lower your fat intake, increase lean proteins, cut out of reduce the amount of sugar you eat, lower the simple carbs you eat (white rice, pasta, breads) increase the amount of low fat dairy you eat.( low-fat milk, yogurt, low fat cheese)

Do cardiovascular exercises and do resistance training.

pretty much don't eat more than you need. If you can't handle eating any less, than just exercise more to use it up

stop eating fatty foods, and exercise more often.......drink a lot of water too
