Chromium Piccolinate.

There are a number of low-calorie sports drinks available at GNC, your local gym, or genuine nutritional supplement stores (I don't count the supermarket) that carry such products.

Ideally, sip a bottle while you run or lift weights, in place of water.

Make sure it is low calorie - 40 to 50 calories per 8 oz serving or less. Anything higher and you will be consuming more calories than you burn exercising. Good luck!

Protein drinks will boost your metabolism. I take Amplify by NDS. here is the link for the product

Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, eggs, dry cereal(they help with energy), low or non-fat yogurt, whole grain products, fruit drinks,

I would stick with the Protein drinks, check out that link I sent you. that protein drink is geared towards weight loss and burning fat. If you are the bodybuilder type NDS does make another protein drink that has a higher amount, but I recommend the stuff in the link

Be careful using Hoodia- it has not been proven SAFE or EFFECTIVE by the FDA. It has negative effects on you liver, and most products claiming to contain it actually don't contain the enzyme that suppresses appetite. The Canadian version of the FDA has banned the sale of it in Canada. Please consider just being patient, or asking for your doctor's advice.
