To be more understanding..... I love them but there's quite an age gap so they think differently about stuff.

I would change the fact that I lost my Mom at a young age; there has been so much in my life I wish I could have discussed or shared with her. My Dad is terrific but has not always been able to step into Mom's shoes.

I would change how I look at them. They aren't perfect, but they are great. I used to expect them to be perfect. Nobody can be that.
