i smile a lot, joke around, and i have no idea why but sometime i tilt my head to the side for a lil bit, then have it upright, then tilt it again lol

Just smile at her, and compliment her, then ask if she would like to get some coffee sometime, if she says yes, she's interested, if she says no then you move on. Good luck

We do simple things like drop little clues...like asking for your email or simple things like that...now flirting ...umm just playing around joking around ..but i think you should just talk to this girl and ask her how she feels about you...
