for as long as i can remember i've had involuntary twitching in my arms, legs, fingers, toes, wrists and ankles but i never thought much of it. lately i've been experiencing twitching in my head and neck with varying intensity, as if i'm nodding "yes" and "no" along with a burning sensation under my scalp. what can i do to alleviate the twitching? it's really becoming quite annoying. i have a dr appointment next week.

You might have poor blood flow which is affecting your nerve sensitivity. Im not doing some yoga, but if you can relax your nerves with some gentle stretching. That might really help brother bear. You deserve some relaxation in your life.
