Situps! I had twins in January and started doing 20 situps a day after my 6-week checkup. My belly is now as flat as before ever getting pregnant. I'm also back down to my pre-pregnancy weight.

Crunches may help, leg lifts and mini sit up tend to target the lower belly- and be at the correct wt overall- D

Usually breastfeeding does the trick but if you didin't get a chance to do that then sit-ups is good.

it depends on how long after. if you just had 'em try an abdominal wrap. after six kids, my mom still looks good.
