This is normal for a kitten LOL trust me he will grow out of it for that is what my male kitten used to do to me and then one day he stopped he is 5 yrs old today

Don't just sit around petting it all the time. If you give it to what it wants everytime it will keep doing it. You could try making him know that even tho he wants to be petted you have better things to do than sit around and pet a cat all day. Try being a bit more agressive and strit with it..just like a little kid.

Just do nothing,just keep on petting him and the walking in circles thing is totally normal!!

Kittens want's attention all the time , just find something fun and safe to play with or give t some love , he want's you to play with him. My male kitten does the same thing.

well if you dont want to pet him then put him on the floor and throw a toy in the opposite direction. also if you see him eyeing you up then just stand up and walking around. good luck with you attention hog!

Give him some lovins...most male cats are very affectionate. I have more than one and, of course, they pick the most inopertune times to want to be loveable. But once I give them some lovins to their satisfaction they are okay.

well, first of all...all kittens want love, but don't do it all of the time. sometimes you just dont need to have a kitten hanging around it. so u just have to ignore it and walk past it. i know it sounds harsh, but its kind of like a baby that cries...sometimes all you can do is leave.
