I dont want some hard recipes i just want something easy or something i can buy. i want something thats good and will fill me. thanks.

Fish is the best, steamed is even better. Easy to cook and so much variety

Of course, there are Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine meals. Try switching from white bread to wheat, regular spaghetti to whole grain spaghetti, etc. There is an AWESOME kind of yogurt called "Danon Light and Fit," which only had 80 calories. And, of course, there are 100 calorie packs.

Fruits and vegetable are always a good choice. Look on Racheal Rays web site and click on recipies-she has lots of recepies that are fast and easy and good for you.

lean cuisines. or those lays chips "light" that are in the blue bag they're soo good. & Special K Cereal or Kashi. Or just by some chicken (not fried)
