get the train to southall from padington, turn left out of the station and follow the signs for the sikh guruwara. After a wonderful tour for free you can eat yummy yummy yummy indian food with prayers sung in the background for free :) failing that there are countless places in the area where you can eat your fill for less than a fiver.

nice meal when you read at the door home cooking is around 7 pound for fish and cips in central london

wonkei's chinese restaurant wardour street...bit like a canteen but great fun and so cheap with huge plates full of food and green tea yum!
