Do you wash your hair in the shower? If so do you use a separate shampoo and conditioner. Try an all in one shampoo and conditioner dilute it down with water so that you have half left in the new bottle and half in the old. Also turn the heat of your shower down. When you have had a shower rub Aqueous cream on your body it is non sticky and is easily absorbed into the skin.
I have to do this all the time because of the chemical in both the water and in the shampoo. Give it a try it certainly works for me.
You can buy Aqueous cream cheaply from Boots or any chemist that stocks it. You will soon feel the benefit of all this believe me.
Good luck and let me know how you get on.

I've suffered with these exact symptoms myself for years. It can also occur if I get embarassed (body temp rises with embarassment). My GP prescribed antihistamines, which worked after a loooooong time of taking them, but it comes and goes these days. I find that reducing dairy products like really strong cheese in my diet seems to have an effect, so perhaps you can look at your diet to see if you're reacting to something there. As others have said, it's most likely an allergic reaction.
I know how bad this can be, so you have my complete sympathy. Good luck and let me know how it goes!!

I do and my simple solution is too take time to cool down naturally after a bath (also don't have the water too hot to start with!). Don't try to rub yourself dry, just pat your skin with a soft towl. Then let it all hang out for a while wearing the bare minimum of clothing. Once you have cooled a bit then you can get dressed. It will help :)

Are you in India? I was there and got the same reaction and it used to drive me crazy. I think it must be something to do with the water and what they put in it.

this may be a concerning issue, I would recommend to see a doctor, things like polycythemia can cause this too, hopefully it will turn out to be nothing but still at least talk to a doctor, good luck
