Until recently I would have said no. Not because I'm in a relationship, but because I have a high sex drive and have made it a miniature mission to make a couple of friends on whom I could call if I wanted to release, you get my meaning. I didn't sleep around but I didn't go without either, I just developed mutually beneficial friendships.
(You have to pretty open minded for this though, or you could end up falling for someone who, lets face it, has only agreed to a physical arrangement)

However, recently, I have gone without longer than in my entire sexually active life. It was been my choice, mainly because I got fed up of having loveless sex, lack of intelligent conversation and companionship AND having to kick my friend out of my bed and into the spare room when they were done, (hey cuddling is intimate after all)...

My discovery has been, I feel better as a person, my sex drive is slowly dimishing (I hope that it re-establishes itself once I meet someone I really want to bond with), my confidence is growing and i know that when I do meet someone I really like, I will honestly be able to savour the experience.

So, being without for a couple of months is normal, but lets just hope you meet someone you like soon...

Absolutely. If you're in a relationship a period of abstinence can be healthy, and a way to focus on your relationsihp without making it about sex.

And if you're not in a relationship, that's okay because it allows you to consider what a person is like before becoming sexually involved.

It's normal. Sex is glorified in the media and a lot of people feel pressurised to have sex all the time, but it should be intimate and with someone that you have feelings for.

If you have been without for more than 5 days you are on the slippery slope to priesthood.

Get out quick and get laid. Before it drops off!

If you aren't married, it can be normal. Why sleep with someone and possibly get an STD if you aren't in love? If you are married, then it isn't normal, and you need some marriage counseling.

Yes, it's normal. In fact I think that's great because it shows that you are not sex driven.
