their not pimples they were but i done got the core out of them but they turned into scabs their not that BIG but that are like noticiable three of them is right above my eye and eyebrow........I NEED HELP OR ADVICE HOW TO GET RID OF THEM

Try washing your face with soap & water. OR You can try Rubbing Alcohol. It works great in "shrinking" the sores. Yes it may sting. That's ok. It just means that the alcohol is working.

Dab some benzoil peroxide cream (like clearasil) on them. It will banish the red marks in a few days. You could also try Visine. It does get the red out! I'm not kidding. If all else fails dab on concealor and forget about them. Good luck!
