make an appt. with a counciler. tell the counciler everything truthfully. tell the counciler, you need help telling your mom.
ask your mom to come with you, because you have to share something that is extremely difficult. if she goes with, you have a mediater
right there, and someone who can explain things as they unfold. sorry about the spelling

Flat out tell her. Support your claim with evidence like a paternity test, a lie detector test, or none at all if you don't have any. Say, "Mom sit down we need to talk. I'm pregnant and I thought you might want to know how the father is. Its my father, your husband. Please trust me in this and support me. I would never say this unless it is true." Start by saying Mom I need to talk to about something very important. If you are a minor talk to an adult that you can trust and have them there for moral support.

I think I`d consult with a psychologist on the proper way to discuss this with your mom,perhaps even have the psychologist present when you do it
