Piles (hemorrhoids) are a common ailment and can usually be treated at home with OTC meds like preparation H or simple home remedies. (prep H does the job very well)

Ouch! What a painful subject. And I'm not trying to be funny. I tried the over the counter medicine and when it just didn't work said I have to see the doc. It was so embarassing but it wasn't getting any better. If they don't get smaller in 2 days, I'd say, get medical help.

They really do come & go...Trick is fiber in diet to stay 'regular'... No straining! Elavate hips whenever possible Remember that it's never life-threatening ;)

Preperation H works pretty good if you get a good coating on there.
(who were the poor b*stards that they tested Preparation A through G on?)
