Tried all sugestions no luck so far it just seems that the progs will not alow me to remove them!!!!

Re-install original software then select delete. You may have removed some files before selecting remove before. Re-installing will put them back so you can remove them.

if you really want to remove it do a search on drive 'c' for ipod/itunes.. select all you find and delete...... also, goto programme files and delete the folders for itunes/ipod....

is it coz too much load on it so much space is needed and u dont have that much on ur ipod so it kind of crashes like a PC does when it cant take it.
