i want to gain weight and some of my friends keep teasing me about it so can somebody help me. i at least wanna gain at least 2lbs each weak.

Some bodies are not made to gain weight. I have had many friends in my time who have had the same problem. No matter what they tried, they could not gain weight; at least, not in a healthy way. The only ways to gain weight on a body that isn't supposed to be larger than it is are EXTREMELY unhealthy.

The only exception is if you start working out, doing strength training. Lifting weights will help you gain muscle, which will add healthy pounds to your body. Make sure you have someone who can train you to lift in a safe way, though, and if you use large weights, always have a spotter. Good luck!

Give yourself time. You've got decades of middle-age spread in your future (maybe!). Enjoy your body as it is and don't go trying to make it what it isn't.

If you really want to change your bod, take up a sport - you'll put on muscle and your weight will rise, but you shouldn't get fat.

You are young, and your body is still developing...there may be some weight to come! You can do the protein and working out;it will make you buff though. If those were your real friends, they wouldn't be bugging you about it. They are probably jealous.

I recommend learning the basic yoga routines before doing extensive weight training.
