Some men are attracted to the skinny "Twiggy" supermodel, while others are attracted to the bigger sized women, ala Rosie O'Donnell. Some women may prefer the rugged Brawny guy while others pick the pretty boy.
Everyone's opinion of what is pretty/ugly are different from everyone elses.
I'm in love with a woman who says that she is just "cute" but because of how I feel about her, she's the most beautiful woman in the world.

We all have different definitions of pretty and beautiful. As the saying goes, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. However, in gods eyes, we're all beautiful.

to answer the question "why do we see ugly and pretty people?" hollywood made an image of someone really skinny as "Pretty" so all other images to us are considered "ugly" so we put people down that dont measure up to the "pretty" sight!!!
