TELL HIM THAT YOU RESPECT HIS FEELINGS AND ASK HIM WHY HE FEELS SO WHEN THE TWO OF YOU ARE ONLY CHAT FRIENDS...IF HE GIVES YOU A CONVINCING ANSWER THEN CONTINUE YOUR FRIENDSHIP OTHERWISE IT IS BETTER YOU DROP HIM...TO SAY THAT YOU LOVE SOMEBODY SHOULD HAVE LOT OF CONVICTION AND FEELING...AND IF THAT CONVICTION AND SINCERITY IS LACKING...THEN THERE IS ONLY THE URGE TO SAY IT NOT MUCH MEANING TO IT...

The internet is a great source of information and entertainment. It is also a virtual playground for hackers, identity thieves and people fooling around with others sentiments and prey upon their victims.
A stalker will often follow the victim around in cyber-space in an effort to obtain every bit of information they can. For this reason one must be very careful with whom they choose to confide in, sight unseen. Stalkers pay attention to every little detail; something as simple as, “I’m going to so and so Movie hall on Saturday”, narrows the victim down to a city and a location. If the stalker knows the victim or what they look like, they’ll know where to go on Saturday night.
There are hundreds of cases where people have been hurt by false promises to marry or love, after all how can a person fall in love without seeing the other person ? Well they start a chat and then quickly guage the other persons weakness and exploit them.
These predators have also resorted to defamation online, posting personal information and pictures of their victims, sometimes in a very unflattering light, for all to see. One stalker posed as his victim on an adult message board and posted her name, address and photo.
There are laws in place designed to protect against these crimes. Law enforcement agencies nationwide are now creating computer crimes units that specialize in these types of offenses. There is, however, much progress to be made. In the interim, we must protect ourselves.
Please be very very careful before u indulge in such activities.

Actions speak louder than words. "I love you" is a just a string of words, nothing else. So get to know him more and you'll realize whether he means what he says.

Drama, drama, drama, have you ever seen this guy? If you haven't consider what he says. If he really loves you or does he want something from you. Make sure he isn't a murderer.

If he's a prankster then just chill out and if he;s not then either ways he's irritatingly dramatic. Just tell him it was silly.
