Salad, which you could add ham, or chicken too. Chicken or tuna salad, which you can eat without the bread. Take some beef or chicken slices, add some veggies and sour cream, maybe even cheese. Ensure they are wrapped into a soft tortilla and chilled. Makes a great and different thing.

Sandwiches would be a change for me - I don't cook much so I don't often have leftovers. My lunch is usually a frozen dinner.

chicken ceasar salad put the chicken in a separte container and heat it up then add it to the salad warm

try making mini cheesecakes (muffin size) topped with different fruit fillings, or chocolate, caramel, toffee. They look cute.
