Well, Im 5'10 and I weigh 145. I am by no means "skinny". I am more muscular and when I weighed 135, my friends called me starvin marvin, but I added 10lbs and everyone says I look great now.
Losing weight is all about diet and exercise. By diet, I mean what you're eating, NOT dieting! Start passing up the burgers and shakes. Drink tons of h2o and I can wipe out some veggies!! Just remember to use butter spray or Smart Balance instead of margarine or real butter. I eat grilled chicken, skinless of course, all the time, and I even splurge with a NY strip and baked potato every now and then. You don't have to be perfect. Just cut what you're doing now in half. If you eat KFC once a week, make it twice a month. Drink soda? Try flavored water, Coke Zero (Sprite Zero is awesome!) instead. Reduce the size of your meals too. If you like to be full, load up on the veggies instead of the meats or starches! Then there's exercise. Do it everyday for 30 min. It doesnt matter how, as long as you getting your heart rate up. Walking the dog, jogging around the neighborhood, use that eliptical collecting dust in the garage, get a membership to the local "Y". There is a schedule that fits everyone!

According to the Canada Health and Food guide, you should be about 110-120 pounds in weight for your height.
Best way to lose weight here is to do this:
First meal of the day should include no less then 2 food groups but no more than 4... so, meat, veggies, dessert and carbs in all.
8 hours later, have a second meal for the day... a light snack and not as much as the first meal... no more than 1 food group here.
You'll lose about a half a pound a day...3.5 pounds a week and you won't have to worry about reaching a plateau that most diets have, because this is the slow and steady approach to weight loss. You won't feel weak either and you will be surprised at how little exercise you have to do just to accomplish this too.
I've tried this. It works well for both men and women.

It depends on the size of your frame and on your own idea about how slender you want to be. It also depends on body mass index.
In order to get a good reading of what your idea weight is you should look at a weight chart and see what it shows for your frame.
Here's the Met Life Insurance site with the chart:
sihttp://www.nutrawize.com/nutribase/wtchartw.htmze.
According to them, if you have a large frame you're fine. If you have a medium frame you're 7 to 12 lbs over, and if you have a small frame you're in the area of 25 lbs over.
How to lose weight: Reduce starches to one small serving a day, limit calories, eliminate all refined sugar and sugary foods and add some exercise like walking a half hour or so a day.

Sounds normal by average people size, but if you want to go by magazines and TV, they would require you to be at least 30lbs more lighter, which is why you have so many people in the entertainment business on drugs, under the knife, and having a burn out from stress.
You sound great and healthy babes!
