Lots of beans, rice, fruits, and veggies will do it. Try taking a vitamin or vitamins. Maybe you need more fluid like water or vitamin water, gatorade things like that. Exercise can increase your energy too. Taking a simple 20 minute walk everyday or even twice a day can make a dramatic difference.

Ive read that eating too much carbs (take note TOO much) can make you tired and/or sleepy. If youre a carb lover try cutting down on your daily intake.
Im on a diet right now and that used to be a problem for me too cutting down actually helped raise my energy level.

Water too.
