E-mail, write, or phone the company that makes it and give them your info and usually they will send you the instructions

If it only bakes dough produced by the Milton Keynes process, I'd sell it, or dump it, and go back to flour, yeast, baking powder and proving dough, and a decent oven.

Try downloading one from the manufacturers website.

if you look under the manufacturers website, they should either have a copy available to download, or have a number that you can call to request one..
