without taking up the breast reduction methods you could do it your self

yes eating and maintence of a healthy DIET INTAKE is a must
upper body weight training combined with jogging 2-3 times a week,is a big help not only will your breasts lift they will reduce in size thats all thats needed MUSCLE TONE
but hey TRY TONING THE WHOLE BODY
you will thank your self this time next year.

check with your doctor if you are a ... smoker,drinker,or you have heart promblems,high blood pressure, breathing difficulities, before taking up excercise.. it will only take 20mins of your time

I'm in the boat with you. I'm a 40 G. Try to do push ups or other excerises that work your chest. Losing weight will help. But there is no magical food that will make them smaller, just like there isn't a magical food to make them bigger.

Nothing will help. You can buy bras that minimize your figure, but you can't make breast tissue go away.

If you lose weight, they will get smaller with the rest of you.

The only other way is surgery.

Eat certain foods that are not fattening and eat in moderation + exercise... all this will make you lose weight and will lessen your "boob" size also.

Boobs mostly consists of fat. Therefore reducing body fat will help. Excercise and diet control are natural ways to reduce body fat. Hope this helps.
