I personally think it'd be cool if they came out with books and movies based on "Kid Jesus" the adventures of jesus christ as a child......... get with the times Xians! Give your kids someone that they can RELATE to. In this day and age trying to ban anything from pop culture is like pi$$ing into the wind, and it makes you look bad (ignorant, insecure, hidebound, closeminded and out of touch with reality ) to try. You could do something along the lines of that old tv movie "the kid with the broken halo" about a child angel on earth, or something--where is it written that trying something new is a sin?

because noone is happy with being EQUAL. everyone wants to have everything that does not promote their exact belief BANNED.

people cannot seem to understand that when you ban something you make it that much more popular.

look at some of the things that have been banned or made illegal in the past..

alcohol...yeah that worked well

Abortion,,, worked just about as good as the previous.

that Madonna video in the late 80"s that was banned from MTV for being too sexy ....most purchased video vhs release of all time..

drugs and cigaretts...most people that do not get hooked on cigaretts while they are young never start after they can buy them legally..

people need to learn to fight for EQUAL righta and equal treatment of their religions. and if you feel a need to fight a paticular author ,church, or religious movement fight it with reason and intellegence. if all we are going to do is ban this and ban that why the bloody hell did we bother fighting Hitler.

b ecause some fundamentalists just have to have something to pick on. Did you know that 99% of the people who claim the harry potter books should be destroyed have never read even one chapter of any of the books? They just followwhat their preacher tels them, and thepreachers haven't read the books either. THe whole thing is based on the word witch being in the books

"Kid Jesus" would be blasphemous, but I loved "Kid with the broken halo". We should bring that back. It was cute.

I gave you that first thumbs up. :)

I wholeheartedly agree. And, just so you know, some of us are finally starting to get a clue, and we're working on it.

Harry Potter is full of sorcery and so is breaking the first of God's commandments.

Christians trust & obey God, so cast down imaginations exalting itself above God.
