Of course not.

That's like asking if all kitchen employees do the same job...Everyone has a different role, and even if you have the same title when you go to another company, the role is likely to change.

A Sales Executive will have a completely different role in a company of 20 people, than he would in the same job at a company of 200 or 2000.
